Producing high quality products such as pipe fittings, weld neck and slip-on flanges, valve bodies and discs, as well as bespoke forging, for the offshore oil and petrochemical industries.

Parts are forged in ferrous and non-ferrous materials including: carbon, alloy and stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, 6Mo steels, aluminium, bronze, nickel and titanium alloys.

Both sites have CNC turning centres for turning of transmission and engine gears.

Batch heat treatment facilities are in operation at both sites, the Hartlepool site has an inline furnace for controlled cooling of forgings.

CNC die and tooling production is conducted in-house.

Metalab, a UKAS accredited laboratory is on site at Hartlepool for material certification, mechanical and chemical testing as well as metallographic investigations.
